The BearKatsina (Hon) is frequently distinguished only by color, such as white, black, blue or yellow. All Bear Katsinam are believed to be very powerful and capable of curing illness. They are also considered great warriors. Bear Katsinam appear most often in the Soyohim or Mixed Dances of springtime.
