The Weaver by David Draper shows a woman weaving a Navajo rug. The loom that she uses is not just a tree, but the details are actually hands at the top of the loom holding it up. This entire piece is made from wood, the rug she weaves, the yarn in her hand, the loops that hold the rug on the loom. David shows people doing simple daily chores in his work. It is these simple chores that weave our lives.
