Native American Hopi Made Peach Basket by Dorleen Gashweseoma Lalo
Dorleen Gasweseoma Lalo created this wonderful Peach Basket from sumac. She is one of the few basket makers that still uses sumac for her baskets. This is a typical gathering and storing basket for peaches. Many of the Hopi wickers, coils, and sifters are used for social or ceremonial purposes.
