This spectacular pot with colorful and pristine painting was created by Mata Ortiz resident Rocio Silveira. The shape of this pot is classic and would be used for storage. The design is wonderful and the piece is perfectly executed. One side of this pot with the turquoise and red boxes is very Escher-like. If you look closely you will see several fish and several water symbols painted on this piece. A really stunning piece by a remarkable potter. Pottery stand included.
