1950s Native American Navajo Made Roadrunner Belt Buckle with Kingman Turquoise

This wonderful older buckle is 3" long and 2.25" wide. This buckle was created using the applique process where the roadrunner, the setting for the beautiful Kingman turquoise stone, and the four silver ball corners were added to the flat surface of the buckle. This is a really wonderful piece of history in a substantial buckle. This buckle could hold a belt up to 1.75 inches wide. It has a hinged belt hook which enable the buckle to sit tight to the belt.
