The Ram (Pang) is said to have the power to cure the ill and bring rain. This is a great game animal Katsina that is unusual for a carver. This is a spectacular carving by the late Aaron Honanie, we believe it was carved in the 1990s. Aaron mounted many of his pieces, including this one, on twisted desert wood.
