1950s-1960s Native American Navajo Made Squash Blossom Necklace

This beautiful blue Nevada turquoise (with quartz crystals inside the stones) squash blossom necklace uses traditional Sterling silver bench beads and is finished with silver flared cones and a handcrafted hook and eye. Each stone has a classic Navajo leaf draped over the edge. The naja drops 2.5 inches from a 24 inch long necklace. The original chain necklace has stretched over the years, so there is a gap close to the clasp. This is indicative of the necklace never being restrung. This piece is in perfect condition and has been in a box for over 50 years.
