1980s Native American Zuni Made Pendant with Sunface and Pueblo by Ric Laselute

This spectacular Sterling silver pendant shows a pueblo i shadowbox form. Above and below is wonderful Spiderweb turquoise paired with Mediteranean coral and shell of a Sunface (Zia). This piece was created by master Zuni silversmith Ric Laselute. The Sun one of the most powerful celestial beings and the channel setting of the stones is very clean. The shadowbox work of the Pueblo really gives this piece a wonderful depth. The back of the piece is scribed by the artist "New Day Series II #11 of 17."
