1990s Native American Navajo Made Inlaid Buckle and Ring by Supersmith Peterson Chee

This beautiful inlaid Sterling silver buckle and ring are set with black jade, picture jasper and tiger eye. The Supersmiths call this "Native Earth." A spectacular set of Native American artistry to wear. Peterson Chee, Charles Willie and Tim Charley are the three men who are Supersmith Inc., Gallup. This piece came from a private collection and is comes with the James Reid tapered lizard belt which was a bit of a favorite by the original owner. No wear on the outside of the belt but there is scuffing on the inside. A little leather polish would make it just like new. The belt is a size 37 and is 1.5 inches wide. The matching ring is a size 12.75, it is .5 inches wide and tapers to ,25 inches at the back. A really wonderful pairing and the buckle looks beautiful on the black belt.
