Mata Ortiz Handbuilt and Handpainted Vase by Susy Martinez
This wonderful pristinely painted black-on-black vase was made by Mata Ortiz resident Susy Martinez. The mirror finish is offset by the beautiful flat black painting of prayer feathers and traditional Pacquime checkerboard design all around the neck of this piece. Pottery ring included.
