Native American Lakota Painted Drum with Bear

This wonderful drum was handcrafted in with a 2.75" wide piece of wood turned into an 16" round with dowel crossbars to stabilize the circle. This spectacular drum is painted with a bear who has the four directins on his back and seems to be chasing a dragonfly who is flitting in front of the moon. The symbols around the moon represent mountains and planets. Above the scene is a prayer fan. Complete with beater and Certificate of Authenticity and Care.
