This very large older gourd piece by Robert (2004) is coated on the inside for stability and wrapped with very thin rope all around the outside. This piece has an antler handle with Mimbres designs painted on it. The handle is adored with a stone arrowhead, straight dried grasses, feathers and pottery sherds. An amazing piece by a very talented artist.
