Terran Naha created this simple plate. The featured bird is a parrot. The parrot has long been prized for the beauty of its feathers, used both for decoration and in religious rituals. Terran is making this pottery in the style of his mother to keep the beautiful work she was known for alive. Nona was a highly regarded Hopi potter and we are sure Terran will have many collectors.
