Native American Navajo Made Cuff Bracelet with Inlaid Navajo Dancer--Vintage

Description

1970s Native American Navajo Made Cuff Bracelet with Inlaid Navajo Dancer by Richard Begay (dec)

This unusual 1970s Sterling silver cuff is set with a single shell that has been inlaid with a Navajo Dancer. Navajo master silversmith Richard Begay created this piece. Richard was well-known for his intricate inlay work and his jewelry style. This cuff is 2.5 inches wide with a 5 inch interior and a 1.75 inch gap. The side panels have two natural turquoise stones that match the blossom around the dancer. This is a great piece of vintage Navajo jewelry. The deep blue stones and silverball point to the inlaid centerpiece. A beautiful piece of Native American art and culture to wear.
