Native American Navajo Made Glass and Ghost Bead Necklaces
Description
Native American Navajo Made Glass and Ghost Bead Necklaces by Andrea Begay
These wonderful, simple single strands of glass, turquoise and ghost bead necklaces were handcrafted by Navajo silversmith Andrea Begay. The ghost beads are dried juniper or cedar berries that are usually lightly smoked and strung in a classic manner. These ghost beads are thought to represent a connection between the earth, trees, animals and humans. The jewelry is said to bring peace, harmony and safely to the wearer. These are very festive necklaces worn as a group or individually. Lobster claw closures. Images show group of 10, pricing is for ONE.
