This wonderful Saviki (no English translation) was carved by Alexander Youvella Sr. It is a classic representation of this Snake Clan Chief Katsina. This particular Katsina mask was stolen from the Kiva and sold on the black market. A beautiful representation and a prime example of a Katsina which is rarely carved and no longer dances because the mask is gone.
