Though not a Katsina, the Mouse Warrior (Tusun Humitsi) is a hero to the Hopi of Second Mesa for having rid the people of a troublesome chickenhawk they had been unable to eliminate from the Mesa. The Mouse Warrior tricked the chickenhawk into impaling itself on a stake and thus became a hero to the people. This sweet piece by Thomas shows the Mouse with his shield and his bow and arrows.
