Native American Navajo Made Ghost Bead and Turquoise Bracelet
Native American Navajo Made Ghost Bead and Turquoise Bracelet by Andrea Begay
These wonderful simple single strands of ghost bead and turquoise bracelets were handcrafted by Navajo silversmith Andrea Begay. The ghost beads are dried juniper or cedar berries that are usually lightly smoked and strung in a classic manner. These ghost beads are thought to represent a connection between the earth, trees, animals and humans. The jewelry is said to bring peace, harmony and safety to the wearer. These are very festive bracelets worn as a group or individually. Lobster claw closures.
