This old style Sterling silver cuff with a solitaire natural Royston turquoise stone flanked with classic Navajo stamping was created by Navajo silversmith Jimmie Patterson. The stone is one inch wide by .75 inches tall. The cuff is .75 inches wide. The interior dimension is 5.5 inches and the gap is 1.5 inches.
