Native American Navajo Rug by unknown Navajo weaver

This saddle blanket piece was woven by an unknown Navajo woman from Two Grey Hills, AZ. This is a heavy yarn and has a long stitch on the long edge of the weaving. It is a contemporary multiple terrace pattern. All natural dyes . We are happy to have these smaller examples of Navajo weaving in our shop. I took a closeup of the corner as well as the center so you can see the weave.
