This handbuilt and handpainted pot was created by by Acoma potter Beatrice Garcia. A classic piece of Acoma pottery with geometric painting. Each straight line on an Acoma pot is a prayer for rain. Bernice does not normally handbuilt her pots. She is trying to improve her skills in the pot-building area and we are happy to support the efforts.
