Beautiful buffalo carved from strawberry serpentine with turquoise eyes by Zuni artist Clive Hustito. The buffalo represents good medicine, the fulfillment of powers and steadfast endurance. The buffalo was the mainstay of the Plains Indians and was used for food as well as shelter, clothing and weapons.
