Zuni Carved Owls Fetish by Maxx Laate
This ring of owls was carved from antler with shell eyes by Zuni artist Maxx Laate who is quite well-known for his antler carvings. Owl is a silent hunter, and is often revered by those who provide food for the People. Maxx did a wonderful series of carvings in the round.
