Wonderful frog carved from serpentine with shell and jet eyes has a carving of a bird on the opposite side with a shell and jet eye. This unique piece was created by Zuni artist Ricky Laahty. Frog is a water sign and as water is one of the most vital parts of life for the Pueblo people, he is always held in high regard. The bird, is a messenger to the spirit world.
