Wonderful older badger carved from Picasso marble and finished with an offering bundle by Zuni artist Leonard Halate. Leonard's carvings are more primitive than fetishes being carved today. We believe that these more primitive carvings with their simple offerings are significant carvings from years ago. Badger is one of the animals considered to be a healer. He is the guardian animal of the South.
